Porsha Williams Wins Legal Battle As Judge Reportedly Rules To Enforce Her & Simon Guobadia’s Prenup (DETAILS)

Headline: Porsha Williams Takes Legal Triumph as Court Upholds Prenuptial Agreement with Simon Guobadia

In a major court victory, Porsha Williams saw the upholding of her prenuptial agreement with Simon Guobadia, which had been the crux of their lengthy legal battle. This decision came hot on the heels of Guobadia’s release from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center, and his consequent deportation to Nigeria.

According to reports from Us Magazine, the ruling in favor of the prenup was delivered during a court session held via video on Tuesday, June 11. Despite reports suggesting an alimony petition of $40,000 a month for Williams, it’s yet to be confirmed what each will receive from the marriage.

Throughout the courtroom drama, Guobadia made a claim that Williams had withheld her plan for a return to ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ during the prenup negotiations. He opined that her move to reality TV would result in him bearing a significant financial burden if they were to split, including sharing his pre-marital home’s equity. William rebuffed this, referring to months of prenup discussions and alleging that her return to the screen was due to Simon’s inability to meet his financial commitments.

The enforcement of the prenup received mixed reactions on social media. While some expressed their disapproval of Williams, saying she married Simon only for his money, others backed her, stating that Simon himself had signed the prenup.

Amidst the courtroom victory, news emerged that Simon had seen deportation to Nigeria shortly after his release from ICE detention. This came as a result of his arrest in February due to an immigration crackdown. Despite the unfortunate turn of events, Guobadia is reportedly maintaining a positive attitude, with no hard feelings towards the new immigration regulations.

It’s worth noting that Guobadia has been visiting the U.S on and off since 1982. Reports suggest that he overstayed his visa twice between ’82 and ’92. He also used an undisclosed identity to attain permanent residency in the United States in 1992, which has caused him continuous issues. This hindered his several attempts to gain citizenship over the years.

With Guobadia now back in Nigeria, and the court ruling in favor of her prenuptial agreement, it seems that Williams is walking away with the upper hand in their public split. For the audience, the only thing left to do is wait and see how the rest of this drama unfolds.
